Introduction to Frankenstein
Korean War veterans were captured and shipped off to North Korean, Chinese and Soviet prisons where they were used as guinea pigs to not only turn them against their homeland politically (by denouncing the U.S.) but also by turning them into what became known as "Manchurian Candidates" - remotely-controlled assassins who could infiltrate the highest levels of government and, on command, assassinate top officials. The term "brainwashing" was coined during the Korean War. Like the "Space Race" that followed between the communist and non-communist nations, the two blocs began a "Mind Control War" that would lead the world into an Orwellian nightmare.
Now in my mid-60s, I am not by any means anti-military, but the years have taught me some things. I have been blessed (or perhaps cursed) to have been at certain places at critical times in our nation's recent history. I have witnessed many things no ordinary citizen will ever experience. By no means does that make me any more special or any better than anyone else. I feel now it was simply the Creator's way of preparing me, opening my eyes to the world around me, and training me for my purpose in life. I was 16 when I entered the electromagnetic world, so to speak, of Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) and Very Low Frequency (VLF) radiation. Project OBSAT was designed primarily to detect nuclear tests by nations who did not have America's interests at heart - like the Soviet Union and, later, China. |
It was based on a build-it-yourself project I found in an old, forgotten electronics magazine - a project to build a VLF radio receiver which would pick up the sounds of thunderstorms, missile launches and even nuclear tests from as far away as 300 miles. The schematic was simple and somewhere in my old papers I still think it exists. It dawned on me that if it would have a range of 300 miles horizontally, it should also have a 300-mile range vertically, making it ideal for satellite reconnaissance of nuclear tests and missile launches. Because of the long-range VLF "noise" put out by nuclear tests and missile launches, and because these long-wave frequencies penetrated water and earth as well as air, the enemy could not hide their tests underwater or underground.I didn't know at the time (1961) that high-altitude nuclear tests over the Pacific Ocean had had some very stunning and unpleasant effects ... like burning out the entire fleet of Samos and Midas spy satellites. The Department of Defense was frantically trying to figure out what had happened and how to quickly rebuild our capability to keep up with what was happening in the Soviet Union. Then, along comes this kid from Kansas with "new" technology. With some amplification of the power supplies, the technique was much more sensitive than my electronics magazine prototype. Today, of course, with the KH-11, KH-14 and super-powerful satellites we don't even know about, U.S. capabilities are vastly superior to anything I imagined back then. The experience let me peek inside the world of electronic intelligence and espionage. Over the years I watched it develop into a hydra-headed monster and I felt I had played a role in creating a Frankenstein horror that would alter history. I've spent most of my life since that awareness trying to swing the pendulum the opposite direction, transferring this awesome power away from the repressive hands of Big Brother and into the hands of the individuals whose lives would never again be the same - those who would need individual power over these now-dark forces to protect themselves from a totalitarian state. I have nothing against the U.S. military; it is ruled by civilians - the politicians and the lobbyists and the defense contractors and those scientists who see only dollar signs instead of the consequences of their actions. Some are themselves actually "programmed" to believe in what they're doing. Many men and women in the military detest what the politicians are doing in the name of "national security." |

The Politicization of the SoulThe power of frequency - sound, light, all of it - can either kill or heal. Sadly, we've erred on the side of death and massive population control to further political ends rather than human ends. I discovered this not too many years after I had basked in pride and glory at my meager accomplishments. On November 22, 1963, my world changed forever - as did that of millions of others. It was the day President John F. Kennedy had his brains blown out in Dallas, Texas. It so affected me, as I learned more and more of the dark forces at work behind - and in control of - Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Ruby and many others, I no longer had that burning desire for an Air Force career. I instead tried to make sense of my shattered world, to discover the truth about who killed JFK. Still patriotic, I dropped out of college and became involved with the Cuban Student Directorate, an anti-Castro exile group I learned years later was created and funded by the CIA. I became a journalist instead of an aerospace engineer, giving up a four-year college scholarship and a promised career at Martin Marietta. I entered the labyrinth maze of the underbelly of America. In the course of investigating the Kennedy assassination I was shown some documents that came to me like a slap in the face, bringing me full circle to that ELF world of frequency. |
These documents described a technology called RHIC-EDOM that could be used to force people to commit hideous acts against their will and with no memory later of what they had done. RHIC-EDOM is short for Radio-Hypnotic Intracerebral Control - Electronic Dissolution of Memory. Stop and study those words for a moment. They open a door to hell ... and it was a door I personally stepped through. It would take a book to tell the whole story, but the short version is this: President Kennedy's killer was a robot, programmed to kill while he was in the Soviet Union working undercover as an American spy. And his killer, Jack Ruby (who committed the first murder ever televised live on national TV), was likewise controlled by very powerful, secretive forces to help cover up the crime. While this story is told elsewhere (in "Beyond the Gemstone Files"), it is only the beginning. The deeper story is that this same technology has been - and continues to be - used to control, silence, harm and even kill innocent, patriotic people who dare seek the truth. Big Brother Wants You!
The cover page is all I have ever seen of this report, but its contents should be stunning. It bears a "TOP SECRET MAG CHANNELS ONLY" classification and was reportedly prepared by the U.S. Army Medical Intelligence Office for the Defense Intelligence Agency (Doc. # DST-03447/82/018 titled "Psychotronic Warfare: Spiritual Access"). It is you and me, our children, our grandchildren, our neighbors, co-workers - all of us. As you're about to see, there has long been a project to control behavior on a massive, nation-wide scale. |

was very, very interested in the involvement of mind control in Kennedy's
murder.
The CIA prepared a report (Warren Commission Document CD-1131), which reluctantly addressed the subject, but only in chemical terms. The report did note, though:
