The Phoenix Project
An Introduction to Phoenix Project Technology

THE ISIS Proton Accelerator

The research that The Phoenix Project is engaged in can often cross into the Twilight Zone ... areas such as quantum physics, astronomy, botany and so many, many more.

These are all very technical fields with their own experts, vocabularies, glossaries, and so on.

For example, in determining the "musical tones" of the elements (Periodic Table of Elements), we had to step into not only the world of music and chemistry, but the world of nuclear spectrometry.

One of the tools we work with consists of software that helps analyze the results of the work of more than 2,000 scientists from 30 nations in the ISIS laboratories at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory near Oxford in England, shown in the video above. Their suite of neutron and muon instruments allow the properties of materials to be understood at the scale of atoms.

ISIS is a high power accelerator that fires high energy protons into two targets to release neutrons for experiments.

Please understand that neither The Phoenix Project nor the Phoenix Foundation actually sends its own people to this monstrous facility to conduct our own experiments.

Also understand that ISIS has no formal connection with the Phoenix Foundation or The Phoenix Project. It does not endorse us, nor do we endorse them.

We do use some of their research data to probe deeper into our own areas of research. Why reinvent the wheel? Besides, no one organization - or even country - can afford the cost of such a research facility as this.

However, our own researchers, basically me, using computer software both simple and complex, can perform complex sonar, infrared and other analysis of chemicals, drugs, atoms, molecules, colors, light and so on to help determine the resonant frequencies of those substances.

The screenshot below shows the Infrared Spectrometer we use, which analyzes ISIS data. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of other programs we use, such as DAVE (Data Analysis and Visualization Environment), an integrated environment for the reduction, visualization and analysis of inelastic neutron scattering data developed and made available to us by the National Institute for Standards and Technology Center for Neutron Research. Download DAVE and try it out yourself ... if you can.

The Infrared Spectroscopy software shown below is much simpler to use and understand. When we need something more sophisticated (and have the personnel trained to use it), we can switch to that. Personally I know just enough about DAVE to be dangerous!

The software below is now available to the public and you could actually learn to use it yourself.

NOTE: No diagnostic or curative claims are made or intended for the software listed here. They are presented solely for educational and experimental purposes, in accordance with U.S. state and federal laws and Food & Drug Administration restrictions. If you are under a doctor's care, the use of these is not intended to replace that care.

LARMOR FREQUENCIES

ORIGINAL:    (6 elements of life which make up 99% of all life on earth) CHNOPS

  • Hydrogen:     42.5776 x 10 to 6th hz         (42,577,600hz)  (tone E)
  • Phosphorus: 17.236 x l0 to 6th hz            (17,236,000hz)  (tone C/C#)
  • Carbon:          10.705 x 10 to 6th hz   (10,705,000hz)  (tone E)
  • Oxygen:         5.772 x l0 to 6th hz  (5,772,000hz)   (tone F/F#)
  • Sulfur:            3.266 x l0 to 6th hz  (3,266,000hz)   (tone G/G#)
  • Nitrogen         3.076 x l0 to 6th hz    (3,076,000hz)   (tone F#/G)

To measure the harmonic proportions,  use the following ratios:

  • Octave:                       2/1
  • Perfect 5th:                3/2
  • Perfect 4th:                4/3
  • Just 3rd:                     5/4

Doing the math reveals several very close matches:

  • One of hydrogen's octaves is         324.8
  • One of carbon's octaves is             326.6
  • One of phosphorus's octaves is    263
  • One of silicon's octaves is              258
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a method used to determine the frequencies of various elements and/or isotopes, based on what is called the Larmor Frequencies.

You may be familiar with Magnetic Resonant Imaging (MRI) used in many hospitals. NMR and MRI are related.

Using the Larmor Frequency (or tools such as GAMMA Software), one quickly discovers that the frequency of the 92 natural elements found in the Periodic Table vary, influenced by such things as temperature and magnetic field strength (measured in Teslas).

The baseline (or standard) is hydrogen (1H), the first and lightest element, shown in the two tables just above. Here we have three hydrogen isotopes - 1H, 2H and 3H. 1H means the isotope contains one hydrogen atoms, 2H means 2 atoms, etc.

1H has a frequency of 200 Mhz at 4.70 Tesla. As the magnetic strength increases, e.g. to 7.05 Tesla, the frequency jumps to 300 Mhz and so on.

Since these frequencies are far, far above what we can hear, we have to lower it octave by octave until it becomes audible. So what we hear is not the "true" tone but a lower octave ... a lower C instead of middle C on the piano scale, to help you visualize it.

In 2009, at the request of Roy "Future Man" Wooten, a world-famous bass guitarist, I managed to lay out the frequencies matching them to piano keys. He was/is working on a film script using "energy weapons."

Unfortunately, all that work was lost in a mysterious computer failure in which a dozen hard drives were somehow erased overnight, including many that were sitting on a shelf un-connected to any computer at all.

Often we have to analyze the frequencies of certain tones and their harmonics. The reason is determine how "pure" the tones are and whether are not these frequencies are apt to be healthful or harmful to the human organism.

As part of a global network of researchers, we often receive frequency samples from others who either wish to contribute these samples to our research or, in other cases, entrepreneurs who are selling their "healing CDs" to the public. Personally, I want to know how effective they tend to be.

Many such products are no more than hype and are promptly rejected.

For example, there are a few companies that are targeting youth, such as college students, with the promise of "music" that can create the effects of heroin or crack cocaine. Actually, this phenomenon is on the rise on college campuses around the United States, if not the world.

What effect do these "tones" have on the mind, body and spirit? Is this the "new addiction" of the future? Sadly, as I've discussed elsewhere in these pages it's legal and there's nothing now that can be done to put the genie back in the bottle.

In another example, I encountered a device that sells for upwards of $25,000 and promises all kinds of powerful spiritual, psychic, mental and physical effects - at least by some of its practitioners. It's known as the Betar Table.

It comes with a set of CDs that are supposed to be pure frequencies using "scalar waves" (one of those $30 buzz word phrases that may or may not have any application here). The name of Tom Bearden is tossed out as confirmation of its power.

Now I happen to know Tom Bearden, sort of. Years ago, when I produced and hosted The Omega Report TV show for nine years, we talked at great length on the phone about some of his earlier research into the Russians' use of scalar technology weapons ... that's quite another story. I'm also aware of his more recent interest in scalar technology in cancer treatment. Much of it is, admittedly, way over my head.

Does it work? Audio spectrography showed that the "frequency" CDs are not pure frequencies but in many cases are masked with music.

Many of the frequencies that are present are far above the range of human hearing or brain waves. This isn't necessarily bad, nor is it necessarily good. This is my own spectrogram of one of those CDs (click the thumbnail to see the much bigger picture). A DVD is available that shows how to see a healthy heartbeat with this technique.

On some of the following pages I'll soon introduce you to some more software (the simpler versions) that you can use to do some amazing things in the field of energy medicine. I use these myself and you can obtain them by contacting us.
