While this is the Judeo-Christian account of The Beginning, it is recounted in very similar form in virtually all the major religions of the world - from the east to the west, from the north to the south.

The one common element in all these "creation myths" is, first, the INTENT to create, followed by the ACT of speaking.

Intent + Articulation (Action) = Matter

Through astronomy, quantum physics and a dozen other scientific disciplines, humankind has discovered that electro-magnetic frequencies (EMFs) are the creative and unifying force behind everything we've so far discovered in nature.

The cosmic truth all this global research is leading to is that Intent + Action = Matter ... or the tangible results we know in our limited world as reality.

I call this the IAM Principle, the underlying core of the Phoenix Project.

Whereas the Genome Project's goal is to map the human DNA, the goal of the Phoenix Project is to create an energy map of the human body.

This is not a "religious right" cause, nor is it a "New Age" cause. I regard both of these terms as oxymorons, phrases that are contradictory on their face.

Religion is not "right" nor "left" and "New Age" is anything but new! It has existed since the Dawn of Humankind.

I have been deeply involved in the applications of EMFs in the real world since I was 16 and designed and built Project OBSAT (OBservation SATellite).

It used Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) energy to detect nuclear tests underwater, underground, in the atmosphere and in space.

That research came to fruition at a critical time in U.S. military history (in 1963) and was underwritten by Boeing Aircraft (Wichita, KS - Senior engineers shown here with me and OBSAT at the right in the bottom left column of this subsection) and Western Electric (Lee's Summit, MO). It was honored by the U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force, NASA and National Science Foundation, which named me in 1963 as an International Science Fair finalist.

A lot of water has gone under the bridge since then.

What I've seen about the misuse of this technology has scared the hell out of me, and this is an attempt to reverse our wandering down the most dangerous road humanity may be facing.

At the moment I'm struggling with a very personal battle, trying to help save my wife's life. She's in intensive care, kept alive by machines since April 21. Keep up with the results at Penny's Song.
