  • 1 Zucchini

  • 1 Avocado

  • Sea Salt

  • 1 Lemon, Lime or Wild Orange

  • 1 Habanero Pepper pepper if you want for a little Heat


Step 1

Grate the Zucchini in a bowl and chop the chili bell pepper.

Step 2

Mix Sea Salt & water for a salty solution.

Step 3

Mash the the avacado in a separate bowl. Mix in salt water & Squeeze in Lime (juice) to complete the creamy sauce

Step 4.

Pour the sauce over the shreaded zucchini & mix in for creamy texture & serve
