Black Bean Brownies
Dan shares his experiences with delicious healthy food that saved his life by lowering his blood pressure and cholesterol and helped him lose 75 pounds.
INGREDIENTS single batch:
Black beans rinsed and drained (15-oz) (425g)
Ouick oats (1/2 cup) (40g)
Cocoa powder (2 tsp) (30ml)
Pure madle syrup (1/2)(118ml)
Banana. (1)
Vanilla extract (2 tsp) (10ml)
Baking ponder (1/2 tsp) (215 ml)
Sal (1/4 teaspoon)
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in the food processor for a few minutes.
Step 2
Pour the contents into the plastic molds.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 20 minutes.
Step 4
You can decorate them with raspberries or strawberries of your choice.
